These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cubestream desktop application (the “App”), published by Title-Tech Networks, LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating, restoring or using a wallet in the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The App

Cubestream is non-custodial software that lets you create and manage a Bitcoin wallet on your own computer. Cubestream does not hold, store, control or have access to your funds, recovery phrase, PIN or private keys. We cannot reverse transactions, freeze accounts or recover lost access.

2. Your Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for keeping your recovery phrase and PIN safe and private. Anyone who has your recovery phrase can take your funds.
  • If you lose your recovery phrase and your device, your funds cannot be recovered by anyone, including Cubestream.
  • You are responsible for verifying every address and amount before sending. Bitcoin transactions are irreversible.
  • You are responsible for securing your computer and keeping its software up to date.
  • You must use the App only in compliance with the laws that apply to you.

3. Network And Third-Party Data

The App connects to the Bitcoin network and, for prices and the optional server mode, to third-party services such as CoinGecko, blockchain.info and mempool.space. Prices, charts and fee estimates are provided for information only and may be delayed, inaccurate or unavailable. Network fees are set by the Bitcoin network, not by Cubestream.

4. No Financial Advice

Nothing in the App is investment, financial, tax or legal advice. The value of Bitcoin can change quickly and you may lose some or all of the value of your holdings. You make your own decisions at your own risk.

5. Disclaimer Of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of vulnerabilities.

6. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Title-Tech Networks, LLC, the publisher of Cubestream, and its contributors are not liable for any loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including losses caused by lost recovery phrases, user error, network conditions, software bugs or third-party services.

7. Privacy

How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Changes And Termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your wallet from your device in the App settings; your funds remain on the Bitcoin blockchain and can be accessed with your recovery phrase.
